A 22-year-old man who has relatives with suspected links to a Mexican drug cartel is being featured as one the state's top 10 most wanted fugitives.

State Crime Stoppers officials are offering a $17,500 reward for information leading to the capture of Josue M. Reyna, who has arrest warrants out of Lubbock for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and retaliation.

Officials said Reyna has family ties in Lubbock, Seminole, Brownfield Austin, San Antonio, Fabens and Eagle Pass. He may be in Coahuila, Mexico. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 145 pounds and should be considered armed and dangerous.
