JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert has left Thursday night's game early in fourth quarter with a shoulder injury.
Gabbert had his left shoulder driven into the ground on a sack by Indianapolis safety Antoine Bethea. He went to the sideline, was checked out and was replaced by Chad Henne. His return is probable.
Henne went on to lead the Jaguars to a touchdown, a 4-yard pass to Cecil Shorts III that cut the Colts' lead to 24-10.
The shoulder was the same one Gabbert injured Oct. 21 in the Jags' 26-23 overtime loss at Oakland.
